Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaid by a central pebbled shield bearing crossed swords, unmarked, measuring 39. 32 mm (w) x 55. 27 mm (h), affixed with four reverse attachment prongs to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, completing in a loop at each
