In 12 days, we harvest Chteau de Marsannays 40 hectares with 100 grape pickers. A meticulous sorting at the reception in the cellar allows to remove the roasted and the damaged berries to keep only the most beautiful logs. Vinification with little intervention, respecting the fruit, the freshness and the terroir. 10 months of ageing
