Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both edges with light blue piping, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 80 mm in diameter, trimmed with golden yellow threaded piping, with a central machine embroidered black mobile swastika highlighted in golden yellow threading, unmarked, unstitched and measuring 525 mm (l) x 126 mm (h) as presented, with some soiling evident to the white disc, in
