Citrus blossom and white nectarine aromas with hints of cashews and a touch of flint. These flavours are joined on the palate by preserved lemons, oyster shell and peach skin. A medium to full bodied wine that has a savoury and slightly salty oyster shell feel on the mid palate that leads into a long, mineral finish.
