The Morello cherries are hand picked then stoned and macerated in alcohol for six months. The final Griottines are beautifully soft with a sweet sour flavour, and are an ideal garnish for cocktails and desserts. The Griottines are not just for sweet dishes their sharp, fruity flavour works wonders with savoury dishes as well. Use in a cherry sauce to go with duck, or add to the stuffing
