The Health Book (Gesundheitsbuch) measures 146x206mm, near extremely fine with light scuffing and creasing of the cover. The Health Book also comes with two health file cards and seven pages of varying sizes, mostly connected to a foot injury Hoffmann sustained in May of 1938.
