There is a small tear at the "V" in the back as shown. Also a seam split in the back about 1 1. 5" long, easy repair with a few stitches. Very minor discoloration under arms. Side metal zipper. A couple inches of hem could be let down. First two photos shown with a crinoline underneath (not included) to show skirt fullness.
